<p>The organization strives to assist individuals seeking to uncover the profound wisdom of the Buddha’s path to enlightenment through the practical application of these teachings in contemporary life. <p>By directing our awareness towards observing all directly experienced phenomena, our minds gain the capacity to penetrate the illusions that surround us and dwell in the truth of reality with compassion, clarity, strength, and wisdom. It is through these insights into reality that the mind and heart can attain liberation and freedom.</p>

<p>The teachings encompass a comprehensive set of techniques for Vipassana (Insight) meditation and Brahma Vihara (Divine Abodes) meditations. They encourage a holistic approach that acknowledges the necessity of developing wisdom and love in tandem to foster mutual balance, purity, and strength.</p>
