<p>By directing our awareness towards observing all directly experienced phenomena, our minds gain the capacity to penetrate the illusions that surround us and dwell in the truth of reality with compassion, clarity, strength, and wisdom. <p>The teachings encompass a comprehensive set of techniques for Vipassana (Insight) meditation and Brahma Vihara (Divine Abodes) meditations.
